Jim Carrey and Jenny McCarthy are calling it quits after five years together, according to Entertaiment Tonight. McCarthy has been an outspoken advocate for Autism research after her son was diagnosed as a baby. She has credited Carrey for helping her fight the good fight.

Carrey's rep Marleah Leslie gave this statement to Entertainment Tonight:

"Jim and Jenny have recently decided to end their five year relationship. They are grateful for the many blessings they have shared and wish each other the very best."
