See, now, I'm honestly torn about this. My knee-jerk reaction is to make a callous joke:
She who lives by the breasts, dies by the breasts.
Then, I'm glad to say, I start thinking about the fact that whoever this woman was...she presumably had friends and family who have just had a hole torn in their lives. And then I read the story and I see that she was only 23. 23 years old.
When a 23-year-old woman thinks she needs to go from 34F to 34G breasts to remain attractive (presumably)? Hell, when she thinks she needed 34Fs in the first place? That's something very, very sad.
