I actually thought Jennifer Lopez was one of the first really great-looking women we saw that night.

One question I asked was who inspired her as an actress.

You can imagine how perfect I found this part of her answer:

Yes, I was shocked, too.

Many fashion designers, you may have noticed, are squeamish about breasts. They prefer boyish waif bodies or a tolerable B-cup — largely on the grounds that the clothes hang better.

Mr. Jacobs rarely takes the easy route. From the first outfit, on the curvy model and actress Laetitia Casta, to the last, on the swimsuit legend Elle Macpherson, there was an impressive sense of the physical — corseted breasts, bare arms and legs, womanly hips under full skirts.

Another day, another way to rank women

...stacking them up against each other as if they were objects...But (semi) seriously...HP has another one of their polls, this time, it's Best Cleavage at the Oscars. My choices were Hilary Swank, Katy Perry, Christina Hendricks, Emma Roberts, and Vanessa Hudgens.



At time of writing, the vote agreed with me on four out of the five (tho not in that order) but chose Rashida Jones over Emma Roberts, for reasons I don't understand at all. Emma Roberts is as lovely as a young spring sparrow. I like that dress, too.
